Cancer Research: Genetics, Biology, and Clinical Applications in
San Diego, CA.
The University of Maryland and CCC Diagnostics Receive $410,477 in MIPS Funding
02/2007 – Baltimore-based CCC Diagnostics, LLC and the University
of Maryland, Baltimore received $410,477 for clinical studies of
the company’s diagnostic service for personalized chemotherapy,
which measures a tumor’s resistance to commonly used cancer drugs.

CCC Diagnostics Receives COSAT Funding
10/2006 – CCC Diagnostics, LLC has been chosen to receive
funding from Johnson and Johnson’s Corporate Office of
Science and Technology (COSAT) for development of the
Drug Response Indicator Test. This funding will be
administered as part of TEDCO’s Maryland Technology
Transfer Fund (MTTF) award.
TEDCO Approves $75,000 Award to CCC Diagnostics, LLC
09/2006 – The Maryland Technology Development Corporation
(TEDCO) has approved an award of $75,000 to CCC Diagnostics,
LLC (CCCD) through the Maryland Technology Transfer Fund.
The funding will support clinical studies of CCCD’s Drug
Response Indicator Test (DRIT).
The Drug Response Indicator Test (DRIT) utilizes proprietary
platform technology and delivers in one test a detailed profile
of the tumor’s response rate to 5-7 FDA approved anticancer
drugs. Armed with the advanced diagnostics, physicians are
able to treat patients more effectively and with greater speed.
